Summary: Assist in company Account and Admin
ADMIN
- Maintains/Records accounting transactions such as employee claims and office expenses for the Philippines office.
- Coordinate with our auditor regarding the preparation of the Business Taxation requirements for BIR & Local Government permits.
- Help in processing the Payroll and registration of employees’ benefits and records (SSS, Pag-Ibig Funds, Philhealth).
- Monitor Employee leave and Leave balances for Philippine Office.
- Responsible for the Hotel reservation booking for (Foreign & Local) visitors.
- Monitor and advise employees for any changes on BIR, SSS Pag-ibig and Philhealth on any changes on the payment scheme or filing.
CSR
- Maintains Spareparts Database via SAP
- Help in creating and sending Quotations to Customer.
- Monitor Spareparts quotation issued per month and create a Monthly update report.
- Create a Purchase order and follow-up schedule of delivery.
- Customer Service support( Liaise with the customer with regards to spare parts requirements, Shipping schedule, and Billing)
- PO monitoring worldwide orders
- Help in the follow-up of PO or quotation status
OTHERS
- Other duties that may be assigned by the management as not against the Law.
